Welcome to October, everyone! The time of the year where high leg bikini bottoms come to die. Hot girl summer is officially out. Allow me to introduce you to Average Autumn Mom. You’re gonna just love her.
Hi, it’s me.
This recipe combined craft can be made with anything you can stick a, well… stick into. I had 3 deceased bananas so I went with this BOO-nana muffin recipe.
Pro tip: get your kids to make said BOO-nana muffins so you can drink your coffee and watch them do all of the work. Just tell them they aren’t allowed to help and watch them defy the system like little experts. Jokes on them.
THINGS YOU WILL NEED FOR BOO-NANA MUFFINS:
MUFFINS OR CUPCAKES
WHITE FABRIC cut into squares
ROCK CANDY STICKS
WHITE CHENILLE STEMS aka PIPE CLEANERS
BLACK SHARPIE
SCISSORS
Have you ever seen a naked ghost?
You’re welcome.
Start by covering the rock candy stick with the fabric and secure with the pipe cleaner
Trim off excess pipe cleaner with scissors
Draw on a set of long and droopy eyes. My artistic inspiration hails from my very own eyes on Christmas morning as a parent.
Here is an actual photo of every single parent on Christmas morning, spooky!
Stick a fork or in it, or in this case, a stick, cause you’re done!
HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Enjoy your BOO-nana muffins.
