A busy mom of two spunky, silly little boys. Her boys keep her running between karate practice, Kumon, and school activities. In addition to being a wife, mom, and physical therapist, Mandy recently started an online business selling refurbished Lego sets. Her business idea started out of desperation to find a solution to her sons’ Lego obsession! After stumbling over Legos in every room of her house, she decided enough was enough, and began selling them online. Mandy and her family moved to Tampa Bay about 4 years ago from Scottsdale, AZ. The transition from the desert to the beach was an easy one! Mandy and her family love to travel and explore new places, both locally and abroad. On the weekends you can find them searching the area for new restaurants, or looking for exciting kids activities. Mandy likes to consider herself a foodie, and as a vegetarian, she enjoys the challenge of finding new tasty and healthy recipes for her family. Spending time with family and friends is Mandy’s favorite pastime. As part of a multi-cultural family, there is always a holiday to celebrate or tradition to observe. Mandy loves sharing her perspective on motherhood, as she navigates her way through the day to day challenges (and successes) of parenthood. You can check out Mandy’s online marketplace for refurbished Legos at www.BrickSmarts.com. Take a peek at her personal blog, www.bricksmarts.blogspot.com. She’s also on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram!
