Fall Spooktacular 2022 Sponsorship Opportunities

Fall Spooktacular, a fall family celebration hosted by Tampa Bay Moms, in partnership with Hillsborough County Parks & Recreation, will bring together 500 people for a fun and safe seasonal celebration featuring themed crafts and games, candy, a bounce house, food, a kid’s costume parade, prizes from our community partners and more…

Fall Spooktacular offers multiple opportunities for your brand to get involved in this fun, festive event.

All sponsorship levels receive the following :: Inclusion in online event announcement & recap articles published on TBM (and sent out to our 2000+ email subscribers), acknowledgement in the printed event program, gratuitous social media across TBM’s platform (which reaches 30,000+ per week) and the ability for your brand to reach local moms (and their families!)

Food Vendor

  • Ability to set up a booth, cart or truck in a dedicated space for food distribution and the right to sell food product(s) to attendees and guests for the duration of the event.
  • Small deposit required to reserve vendor spot. TBM asks Food Vendors to remit 3% of their event sales to Tampa Bay Moms at close of event or within 5 business days of event’s end.

Other Sponsor Opportunities

  • Craft :: Sponsor materials for the Craft area. Logo featured prominently in this area:: $500.00
  • Passport :: Logo featured on passport that goes out to all event attendees and guides them through all activities :: $200.00
  • Swag bag :: Provide giveaway items for up 500 bags. Items may be samples or branded goods :: $50.00
  • Food :: Provide samples of food offerings for 250-500 people
  • Water bottles :: Provide water bottles for up to 500 people. Opportunity to brand water bottle
  • Giveaway :: Offer one raffle item or door prize for attendees :: $50.00
  • Photography/videography:: Take pictures of the event and/or take fall “photobooth” photos for guests
  • Bounce house :: Provide bounce house for 3 hours or sponsor bounce house
  • Media :: Provide advertising inventory in exchange for promotion in association with Fall Spooktacular

This event will focus on our theme of fall activities for children and their families. All table sponsors will be required to add value to the event by providing mini services, product demonstrations, samplings, games, activities, crafts, and/or entertainment to interact with event attendees. Table sponsors must provide a compelling reason for families to visit their table to align with our vision for a high end, fun-filled event. **Please note: The selling of items at this event is prohibited. All activities provided at the sponsor’s table must be free to participate.

Participating table sponsors should bring their own 6 ft. table and limit setup to 10×10 feet. You may also request extra space for a second table or activity, however this may incur an additional fee. **Please note: A limited number of tables may be available from the venue upon request, however these will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.

Tampa Bay Moms will confirm your participation, send an invoice & agreement, and work with you as we finalize the logistics of the event.

Limited opportunities will be honored in the order sponsor applications are received. Artwork design may be available upon request at an additional fee. Custom packages are available by request.
