Halloween is next week! Have you picked out your kids costumes yet? If you are a procrastinator (or just REALLY busy like myself) you may find yourself scrambling for a costume idea at the last minute. You can make some really fun costumes with some of the everyday items you find around the house. Here are a few of my favorite last minute Halloween costume ideas I found for kids (or adults):
Bunch of Grapes:
Last Minute Mummy:
Charlie Brown:
Snail:
Lady Bug:
Captain America:
Scuba Diver:
Punk Rock Girl:
You can use clothes you may already have around the house for many of these costumes or you can make your own costumes from plastic bags. Here is a great video that shows you how to take plastic grocery bags and turn them into a skirt to use as part of your costume.

What last minute Halloween costumes have you made for your kids? I think this year we’ll be making my son into a zombie!
