KYRAN LOVED ELMO AT THE TIME SO WE CHOSE A SESAME STREET THEME. WE WERE ON A VERY TIGHT BUDGET, BUT I DIDN’T WANT MY SON’S 1^ST BIRTHDAY TO BE ANYTHING LESS THAN PERFECT. I MADE HIS INVITATIONS, A PARTY BANNER, A SPECIAL BALLOON WREATH FOR THE FRONT DOOR, ELMO CAKE POPS, COOKIE MONSTER CUPCAKES, AND A DOROTHY GOLDFISH BOWL – FILLED WITH GOLDFISH CRACKERS. THE ONLY THINGS WE PURCHASED WERE SOME SIMPLE DÉCOR AND HIS SMASH CAKE – WHICH CAME FROM PUBLIX. HE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AND I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE PROCESS.
