Halloween is on a Saturday this year, hooray! After a long night of trick-or-treating with the kiddos, it will be awesome to sleep in on Sunday morning (by sleeping in, I mean sleeping until 7:00 am-ish, obviously). But with a weekend Halloween upon us, the adults definitely deserve some special beverages to accompany the candy we will be sneaking out of our kids’ buckets. Check out my Pinterest round-up of spooky, and not-so-spooky, spirits to quench your thirst this Halloween. Cheers!
Blackberry Lime Margarita – because it’s Florida, and it will probably be 90 degrees this year for Halloween so a frozen drink is not a bad idea. Find the recipe HERE.
Beetlejuice – This movie may have traumatized me as a peanut in the late 80’s, but this drink will probably make it all better. Find the recipe HERE.
Caramel Apple Sangria – Bobbing for apples seems fun as a child, but now as an adult, I’m pretty grossed out by that unsanitary petri dish of a game. I would rather bob for apples in my delicious glass of sangria. Find the recipe HERE.
Sparkling Pumpkin Cider Beertail – Beer me this cocktail made with pumpkin harvest beer, stat. Find the recipe HERE.
Candy Corn Cocktail – Because it’s just too cute, and it has whipped cream. It’s like a dessert with a twist of buzzed. Find the recipe HERE.
Have a great Halloween, all. Trick or treat responsibly.
