Family Guide to Florida Strawberry Festival

It’s February! That means its time for the annual Florida Strawberry Festival right here in Tampa Bay. If you have never been, the berry festival is 11 days of strawberry shakes, pies, music, attractions, displays, and all the strawberry-based food you can eat! Here is a quick reference guide for some family fun at the festival!

The Florida Strawberry Festival will run from February 28th to March 10th.

At Wish Farms located in Plant City. The Festival is located at 303 Lemon Street, Plant City, Florida.

Parking lots are located on Ritter Street, off of Highway 92 or Highway 574. Cars, pickup trucks, and vans under 20 ft are $5.

Things to do:

Not only does the festival offer strawberries prepared in every imaginable, but it also offers games, rides, and attractions that are great for the whole family.

The Belle City Midway offers games and rides you typically find at Fairs. The SunnyBell Kiddie Korral rides are great for families with young kids.

I love Neighborhood Village. If you haven’t been, the Neighborhood Village showcases wears and goods made by local community members. The Village has some neat crafts, needlework, jewelry, home decor, baked goods, toys, and a lot more!

After you’ve checked out the livestock shows, walked through the various displays and exhibits go check out some of the free music shows and entertainment! A full list of free entertainment is available on the Festival’s website
