Start your holidays off right this year by getting into the holiday spirit with tree lightings in Tampa Bay. Nothing says the holidays like twinkling lights and Christmas trees. Check out these tree lightings happening across Tampa Bay.

Symphony in Lights Tree Lighting | November 16th through December 31st | 6-9 pm

The Shops at Wiregrass is celebrating 11 years of Symphony in Lights. Enjoy a beautiful display of dancing lights, holiday decorations and choreographed music featuring the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. A holiday tradition that we started once our son was born. It’s the perfect way to relax after a few hours of shopping or to get into the holiday spirit.

Ybor City Tree Lighting | November 20th | 5 – 9 pm

Celebrate the Holiday Season in Ybor City at the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, presented by Ashley Global Retail. On Wednesday, November 28th, Ybor City Chamber of Commerce and Mayor Jane Castor will be kicking off the holidays in Ybor. The event starts at 5 pm with a holiday shopping market in Centro Ybor. The preshow for the lighting will start at 6 pm with a holiday performance and caroling. Agenda will start at 6:30 pm, and just before 7 pm, Mayor Castor will count us down to light the tree. Hot Chocolate and Cookies will be handed out throughout the event and the market will continue till 9 pm.

Enchanted Tree LightingNovember 23rd | 5 – 9 pm

Hyde Park Village invites the community to take part in the Enchanted Tree Lighting benefiting The Junior League of Tampa. A free, family-friendly event including the annual Tampa tradition of lighting the Enchanted Tree in Hyde Park Village, photos with Santa, live music by Late Night Brass, Food and Beer Trucks, a Kids Zone, face painting, balloon animals and more! The lighting of the tree will happen at 8 pm.

Tree Lighting at Armature Works November 30th | 6 – 8 pm

The 2nd annual Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration at Armature Works is hosted by Mayor Castor. The event kicks off at 6 pm with family-friendly activities, Santa and Mrs. Claus photo ops, live music and plenty of holiday cheer.

Tampa’s Tree Lighting | December 6th | 6 pm

Attend Tampa’s annual Tree Lighting ceremony in beautiful Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park.  The festivities begin at 6 p.m. The evening will include a countdown to light the tree with Mayor Buckhorn and a free movie in the park. Admission is free.

Chanukah Celebration | December 29th | 5 – 7 pm

Join Chabad at Wiregrass on December 29th from 5:00-7:00 pm for a grand Menorah lighting at The Shops at Wiregrass (in front of Dillard’s). No charge – All are welcome.  Entertainment & fun for the whole family, Face Painting, Balloon Artist, and lots more!  Enjoy Chanukah delights including hot latkes and doughnuts.
