Bump, Baby, & Beyond {Event Announcement}
Yay! You are (or are going to be) a mom! Now what? Becoming a mom is an exhillarating time in your life, but but one not without its unknowns. How will my body change? Which products do I need? Which ones are a waste? Will I ever sleep again? It’s our goal to bring you timely and relevant content via our parenting website and social media outlets, all focused on the Tampa Bay area. We also strive to present great opportunities to connect offline with fellow moms and well known businesses and brands. It’s all about building a community at every level.
We are excited to announce that on October 22nd, we will be partnering with The Bump and our parent site City Moms Blog Network to bring you an event we know that you will love! Please join us for an exclusive evening tailored specifically to new, expecting, and soon-to-be moms with sponsors, giveaways, great info and swag hand picked just for you. Ticket holders will be treated to tasty bites, sweets, chair massages, access to local baby (and mom!) focused business and a Q&A with our panel of Tampa Bay-area experts. Be sure to stop by their table at the event as they are going to give away VIP Swag Bags full of goodies, including bibs, bottles, and coupons to the first 50 moms start their Baby Registry with them! Lastly, this amazing event is brought to you locally by Cryo-Cell International, the worlds first private Cord Blood Bank located in Oldsmar. Cryo-Cell is dedicated to helping more individuals resolve serious medical problems through the use of cord blood and has provided funding for cord blood research to treat many neurodegenerative diseases, including stroke, ALS, Alzheimers, and Parkinsons.
We will also have a table just for our cloth diapering moms! Kelly’s Closet will be there to guide with a cloth diapering demo! So neat! They will have an Intro to Cloth Diapers table/session sponsored by Kelly’s Closet, Thirsties, Rumparooz, Spray Pal, Balm Baby, and Project Pomona!! They’ll have product samples available so you can decide if cloth diapering is an option for your family.
Expert Panel
Also on our panel of experts is the esteemed Dr. Swarzman, headmaster of Corbett Preparatory Academy of IDS. Corbett Preparatory Academy has so many valuable resources to offer new and expecting moms in the Tampa Bay area – and we are so honored to have them as both our event venue and as part of our Q&A too. At our event, you can expect to hear from their headmaster on the importance of early childhood education.
We will bring you Stephanie, certified Gentle Sleep Coach and the owner of Sweet Sleep Solutions, Dr. Gregory Stepanski, from Children’s Dentistry, and more. Also, pampering is the order of the day as massage therapists provide complimentary chair massages!
We all know that you are now eating for two and that can build quite an appetite, which is why we are excited to provide yummy bites and sweets in our cravings area . You can then swing by and get to know the rest of our amazing sponsors throughout the evening…

Charity of Choice
At our Bump, Baby, & Beyond event our charity of choice is the Ronald McDonald House Tampa! We ask all attendees to bring in-kind donations from RMHTB’s Wish List to show our support. Household items {laundry detergent, cleaners, toiletries}, pantry items {breakfast goods, granola bars, fruit cups}, and gift cards {grocery, fast food, all purpose} are always needed – so whatever you can give would be awesome! We just ask that packages remain intact and all together for easy transport {so no boxes of granola bars, not individual bars}. And remember for each package of items you bring, we will give you additional raffle tickets too!

Remember that posting on social media is an excellent way to support all of the tremendous businesses involved and connect with other new moms.
