Chicken Stir Fry

Today I’m going to share with you an easy to make family friendly recipe. We rarely eat out. I’m always on the hunt for recipes that the kids will actually eat. Logan is pretty picky. One of our favorite is chicken and veggie stir fry. It is super easy and cooks in just a few minutes.

Ingredients:

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

Olive oil

Stir Fry veggies

Low Sodium Chicken Teriyaki Sauce

Rice

Directions:

I like to shred the chicken before cooking so it resembles what you would get when ordering take out. I use a Wok to cook everything. You can also use a skillet. Heat up a tablespoon or so of olive oil. Add Teriyaki Sauce to taste. I usually add maybe a 1/4 cup by the end. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink. Add your stir fry veggies. I get them prepackaged in the produce department. You can also chop up any veggies you like and do it that way. Put the lid on to steam veggies and add more Teriyaki Sauce if desired. Serve over rice and that’s it! Easy Peasy, tastes good, and is good for you.
