My Top 5 Instant Pot Recipes: Easy and Delicious

Since I’ve been using my Instant Pot non-stop during this quarantine time, I thought I would share with you my top 5 Instant Pot recipes that are easy and delicious.

Strawberry Jam:

(Prep Time: 4 minutes; Cook Time: 26 minutes)

Main ingredients: fresh strawberries, sugar, lemon juice (I prefer orange juice), cornstarch and water. If you store this jam in your refrigerator it can last up to 3 weeks. I often use the hot water bath canning method to make a couple of batches of this jam. This canning method can keep the jam up to year and makes a great present. Click here for instructions. TIP: This is great jam to top your yogurt with. The yogurt recipe is below.

Yogurt:

(Prep Time: 5 minutes; Cook Time: 8 hrs. and Fridge Time: 4 hrs.)

It’s only three ingredients: 2% Fairlife; One container of Natural Bliss sweet cream flavor and Oui Vanilla yogurt. This easy yogurt recipe is a hit in my house and I’ve made more than 3 batches of this Instant Pot Yogurt. For the detailed recipe, check out my previous blog post.

Bagels:

(Prep Time: 5-7 minutes; Cook Time: 10 minutes)

Adventures of a Nurse has a great air fryer bagel recipe. This is a bit of a messy recipe but so yummy. Main ingredients: flour, greek yogurt and egg. Step by Step Instructions. TIP: Make sure you have enough counter space to roll out the dough. It yields 4 bagels. I recommend eating them right away.

Three Ingredient Bagels

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites:

I used my air fryer lid for my Instant Pot for this recipe or you can bake it in the oven. This was a good alternative for chicken wings and a great appetizer. Main ingredients: salt, butter, olive oil, Frank’s Red Hot Sauce (#1 ingredient), almond flour, parsley and garlic powder. Instructions, click here.

Instant Pot Honey Garlic Chicken:

(Prep Time: 10 minutes; Cook Time: 20 minutes)

Main ingredients: chicken breasts, salt & pepper, honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil, garlic gloves, cornstarch and sesame seeds or green onion for the topping. This is a popular recipe in my house. I usually also serve it with side of rice. Step by Step instructions, click here.
